Sounds of Nature!

I have been dealing with sleepless nights for years now, sometimes I like the fact that I can't get to sleep before 3am *that is if at all I get to sleep* there is a lot that can be done at night. For starters there has never been any better peaceful time than the time when everyone around you is sleeping * practically dead - a part from those that snore  like fuckin' lions!*

Anyways, I am not going to talk to you about the beauty of staying up late, that you will have to find out the time you get to be like me or us *yes I have made a couple of night walkers friends like me over time - It gets a little too lonely sometimes :(*

So many people have tried getting solution to my reportedly problem *it is a problem that i kinda like!*. Things like take a glass of warm water an hour before sleep time. Well I did this but it doesn't work. All it did was fill up my already filled up stomach with more fluids. I like milk, so I didn't have a major problem taking the glass of milk every night. Bottom line - IT DID NOT WORK

So last night I was up watching this BORING movie *I had completely nothing else to do since I am on leave - I am refuse to work when on leave, it is my imaginary vacation time!* and it hit me. How would it feel like just chilling at the beach at night listening to the waves? Soothing? Could it make me get some sleep? Next thing I know I was all over the Internet looking for Nature Sounds CDs. I got a couple of them, first I downloaded was RAIN IN THE AMAZON *for some reason I thought the sound of rain in a forest would do the trick!* the stupid CD had a bunch of Amazon animal sounds in it and I can swear I had a dream about animals. Monkeys at that *damn I hate monkeys*
Here is the link you can check it out
Rain In the Amazon It is about 45MB and 59 minutes of play time!

Today I am downloading a couple of more, I am hoping that by the end of the day I will have landed on one that will do the magic without giving me nightmares!
Till I am done trying them out the SEARCH continues...

You know the remedy to this;)...but again, it is kinda fun to stay awake and work in the eerie silence of the night. I know many like you and they are thriving people - ofcourse with day time fatigue.

Know what, just put bananas under your pillow and that should help keep the monkeys busy as you dream waterfalls (damn, i think i can make a good psychiatrist, lol)

Good to catch you on here and i will be an ardent follower.
